Wallbrook Friesians Awarded Day Champion!
Wallbrook friesian Horses again proved their worth at the 2025 KFPS Keuring Tour.
KFPS Jury members Sabien Zwaga and Ester Reen from Friesland visited Tasmania in April 2025.
We again presented several Friesian Horses, two adults and two foals. We are elated to say we have a new ster mare here at Walbrook Friesian Horse stud with Supra G.T van Wallbrook being awarded Ster and Day Champion.

Supra G.T van Wallbrook
Supra presented herself beautifully and resembled her dam, model mare Impreza during her run out.
Supra showed a powerful expression with a lot of suppleness and carrying power and received an 8 for her trot.
2nd Premium Wallbrook Babies.
Our dear Impreza was presented with her own colt foal as well has her daughters filly foal. Both of these magnificent babies received a second premium with very complementary comments from our judge, Sabine.

Keuring 2023 Tasmania
Wallbrook Friesians Awarded Reserve Champion!
Wallbrook friesian Horses attended the Tasmanian leg of the National 2023 KFPS/AFHS Keuring Tour.
KFPS Jury members Sabien Zwaga and Jan Hellix from Friesland visited Tasmania in March.
We presented our yearling filly Supra G.T van Wallbrook and her half sister Lagonda van Wallbrook as well as our 4 year old mare Elza van Gelder. Elza was upgraded to the main adult studbook. Not only that she was awarded a second permium and the ster predicate as well as Reserve day champion!

Presented as a yearling, Supra handed the day very well. She was awarded a third premium and we are very proud of her and her incredible temperament.
2nd Premium Ster & Reserve Champion!
BB1 Jurre fan'e Gaestdyk x Dries 421
Purchased as a yearling we knew this young mare had talent and ability. Elza showed herself well and impressed the judges with her expressive movement and self carriage. She was awarded the ster predicate with a second premium and went on to be Reserve day Champion.

Wallbrook Friesians secure Reserve Champion!
Wallbrook friesian Horses certainly proved their worth at the 2019 KFPS Keuring Tour.
Jury members Harri Draaijer - Inspector and - Judge from Friesland visited Tasmania in March.
Wallbrook presented several horses for assessment and its with great excitement that we share the fantasitc news that two of our horses received a FIRST PREMIUM! and one Reserve Champion!
But that is no all! Celieka van Wallbrook was awarded STER as was Tetske N. van Wallbrook!

Grandus van Wallbrook
Grandus received a 1st premium and was also awarded Reserve Champion.
From our Model mare Impreza, Grandus is an elegant foal, with beautiful movement and temperament.

Griffin van Wallbrook
Griffin received a 1st premium. He is from our Crown + Sport mare and by the Preferent stallion Beart 411.
Griffin is a beautiful example of the young Friesian.

Wallbrook presented several horses for assessment and its with great excitement that we share the fantasitc news that three of our horses received a FIRST PREMIUM and our Crown mare Impreza was upgraded to MODEL.
1st Premium Filly
Celieka van Wallbrook (x Hette 481)
Celieka proved that her full sister in Sweden was not a one off. 'You Love Boszorg' received a first Premium when presented in Holland, she was then sold to Sweden.
Impreza's second foal Celieka van Wallbrook did the same, proving that this combination is a very good one. Celieka received a 1st premium and was also awarded Reserve Champion.
1st Premium Colt
Boudewijn van Wallbrook
BBook 1 colt from our Crown + Sport mare Tieke van't Lansink. Super calm temperament and very easy to handle, Bowie took everything in his stride and put on a great show of expressive movement, pushing from behind with a lot of lift in the front.
He received a 7.5 for his trot and a 7.5 for racial type. He also received 7's for frame, development and walk.

Impreza on her victory lap after being awarded the model predicate. Great comments from the jury about her movement and conformation.
Day Champion Tasmania 2017 & overall 2017 Tour Supreme Champion!
The only Model mare of Maurus 441 to date and the ONLY mare to be awarded MODEL in Australian Keuring history!
